TCX559K
As you will know by now, Fokker was a Dutch company that created regional jets and props. They went bankrupt on the 15th March 1996. Fokker created many aircraft. Some of these were: Fokker F27 Friendship Fokker F28 Fellowship Fokker F50 Fokker F100 Fokker F70- Fokker's last successful airliner, a development of the F100. The F100 and F50 were basically modernised versions of the F27 and F28. The F70 was a scaled down version of the F100 and proved to be very successful in the airline market. The Fokker 100 became less popular with the airlines as Bombardier's CRJ 200 and Embraer's ERJ-145 were introduced. The Fokker 70 was introduced when airlines started to need new regional aircraft, but they were either too small of too big. ATRs and Fokker 50s were too small for some airlines so Fokker thought up the F70 and this became Fokker's last successful airliner. I hope you liked reading this bit of info, and you can look forward to some more Fokker shots from me soon;) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] TCX559K/Joel Aircraft Repainter- NOT taking any requests currently!
