Mowgli22
Hi, any FS9er's using the ENB Mod. Late to the party and i can see it being useful but every thing i try seems to be too white. ie, wings fuselage etc. i could post my ini. file if that would help. JSMR
Hi, any FS9er's using the ENB Mod. Late to the party and i can see it being useful but every thing i try seems to be too white. ie, wings fuselage etc. i could post my ini. file if that would help. Cheers I always found ENB not so good because of the same reasons. Whites too bright, and everything else too dark. My preference was Sweetfx. Much more easily adjustable. And results can be made subtle which I prefer. https://fshub.io/airline/RUA/overview

JSMR
Hi, do i need that reshader thing as well. was it easy to install, bit of a goof here. Installing sweetfx is easy. I use it in windows 10. No issues. Follow the instructions and you cant go wrong. I’m always from my Pc for a few days so I can’t tell you what folders / files go where. Not much to do to be honest. https://fshub.io/airline/RUA/overview

leuen
Installing sweetfx is easy. I use it in windows 10. No issues. Follow the instructions and you cant go wrong. Thar's right. But it also depends what SweetFX settings you choose. I like f.i. using a slight sepia touch with my vintage sim. Bernard That's very nice. Got it working, now to experiment a bit. On first look it certainly is better than ENB in my opinion Corsair 4000X RGB Mid-Tower ATX, CORSAIR RMx Series (2021) RM650x, GIGABYTE B550 AORUS ELITE AX V2 Gaming Motherboard , AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core/16-Thread 3.8GHz base, 4.7GHz, GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3070 GAMING OC 8G, CORSAIR H115i ELITE CAPELLIX Liquid CPU Cooler, CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro SL 32GB (2x16GB)
leuen
Mowgli, just to make things clear. I run both together, ENB and SweetFX. I have the feeling that ENB does stabilize scenery rendition, especially flickering effects. That's of course an absolute personal point of view. Mowgli22
That's interesting. I don't suffer from flickering, maybe occasionally but can't say i notice it. I really just want to try and spruce up the colour if you know what i mean. Sometimes i think it looks a little washed out. leuen
BTW and just for fun, I tried some other SweetFX settings: comic style or Sepia old fashion picture looking like a scene of the 1930 movie "Hell Angels" These pictures haven't been reworked with a photo editor. Mowgli22
I'm finding there is quite a few options. trying to find what looks best is a little tedious, at least i can change settings on the go. That's a nice feature.
