Curtiss Vs. Wright?

I haven't located a Single Aircraft that was actually made by Curtiss-Wright!

If you search Wikipedia for "curtiss-wright" you'll find a pretty good history of Curtiss-Wright, a company made from the merger of the Curtiss Corp. and the Wright Corp. After the merger the aircraft were generally listed as by Curtiss and the engines were generally listed as made by Wright. The Condor was made by Curtiss before the merger, and the Condor II is listed as made by Curtiss, though the actual company at that time was C-W.

In the listing of aircraft manufactured by them (all after the 1929 merger, of course), you'll find some that went by Curtiss and some that went by Curtiss-Wright for the manufacturer name listed, but all actually manufactured by C-W.

So a few made by C-W:

O-40 Raven, T-32 Condor II, P-36 Hawk, SBC Helldiver, P-40 Warhawk, C-46 Commando, and a bunch more, even though they were officially listed as being made by Curtiss- marketing, of course.

As Skylab would say:

Remember: Aviation is NOT an exact Science!
