ColR1948 Posted April 23, 2022 Share Posted April 23, 2022 This is the Avro Manchester, 1st flight was in 1940 and retired in 1942, reason she was Underpowered and unreliable. She was the forerunner of the famed Avro Lancaster, the Manchester was redesigned and powered with 4 Rolls Royce merlin engines, which she later became known as the Lancaster. Col.
