Building B777 Simulator

I am wanting to build a b777 simulator. I am not sure yet but space may be a issue, and this thing will be huge. I also don't want to take the simulator down to move. I was wondering if it's possible to put it in a high class storage facility. Something with a carpet/internet/ac/heat/electricity. If this isn't possible I will just put it in my home. One way or another I am going to make this work. I plan to start next year.

You could go with just the main instrument panel and pedestal which could pass through a door until you are settled with more space. Another option that could work is teaming up with a few people to share in the cost of renting a space. That space can even be a small box truck, etc. Wherever you put it, you can rent it out to help with costs.
