Jaggies

I had this once before and fixed it by editing Nvidia, I forgot what I edited as it was a long while ago, I did a quick search but only found one reference and that hasn't cured it, anyone done this and can post a screenshot or list what to edit please?

Hi Col.

Anti-aliasing jaggies or tears when panning?

If anit-aliasing then might it be the AA behaviour flag that needs setting to 'Override Application' or to 'Treat Enhance as Override'?

I use Nvidia Inspector; I'm not sure if the flag is editable from within Nvidia's own control panel.

AA doesn't work for me in full-screen. I have to use a third party app, called Borderless or something similar.

I've had issues where some items were jagged and others weren't; for example aircraft outline was jagged but livery graphics were fine, or vice versa. Culprit was AA filter options; forgotten how nvidia designates them, but for ATi drivers the options were "wide tent", "narrow tent", "edge detect", etc.; they make a major difference in how AA is applied.

First, read this post. It's for FSX but introduces important concepts.

Then watch the first video in post #3.

Col., Our display cards are probably different, but pay special attention to the Antialiasing secton 3. Make sure to turn Antialiasing OFF in the FS9 Display page setting. Then you can try different Antialiasing settings in Nvidia Inspector.
