DAVIDSTRAKA
Made a little flight to from Troy, MI to Johnstown, PA. Capturing lightning flashes in the sim is not easy! Leaving Troy, MI Playing in the clouds After hitting the print screen button about 10 times, caught some cloud to cloud lightning More weather I'm sure I was a little too close to this nuclear plant. Shippingport, PA Downwind 33 at Johnstown Welcome to Johnstown. No flooding today... flightsimg
Like that flight! Think default FSX doesn't model cloud to cloud lightnings :( Gérard Guichard, Dijon, Burgundy, France. i5 Intel processor, 4 Go of Ram, Nvidia GeForce 920MX, DirectX 12.0, and FSX Gold Edition with SP1, SP2. Active Sky is really great for it's real time weather effects. NMLW
Nice lightening capture David. Like you say, just gotta whack the print screen button like crazy and sometimes you get lucky. :D Larry
peer01
David, please try this: https://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/fslib.php?do=copyright&fid=102631 It works perfect in FSX, gives more "Body" to the lightnings and they last longer. Much easier to catch! :) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
