Help registering in iFly support forum

I don´t know wert to post this. If´s the wrong place forgvie me.

 

Last Sunday I bought the ifly 737 ng for fs9, via flight1 site.

Things went good. But I can´t register at their forum.

Since then I´m trying but I receive the message: "Registration Approval Required. Please contact the forum administrator for more assistance"

 

There no link or place to contact the admin.

 

Also, I tried to create a ticket via flight1 site to seek any help, but the link is missing. It leads to a 404 error.

 

I checked mail for any registration confiirmation, spam, thrash, none. Nothing arrival.
