Not a tech expert, but it seems to me you can have FSX and P3D or any other sim in separate directories on your PC. Of course, you only run one at a time. And I understand you would have to reinstall add-ons that are compatible with both. But are there any problems I might not foresee? As far as the sims go, they will happily coexist.
