We have 250 gallons of fuel on board for the 184 nm flight of about 1 hour and 20 minutes. We have good weather with moderate cloud cover and we will be cruising at an altitude of 5,000 feet. At about 2,000 feet we begin to turn on course for Luxembourg. 7. Climbing through 2,500 feet we see Ostend airport off our left wing. 8. Nearing our assigned cruising altitude of 5,000 feet. 9. Passing over small villages about 12 nm southeast of Charleroi. 13. Cruising over the Meuse River near the city of Dinant in southwest Belgium. 14. We have crossed into Luxembourg near the small town of Bigonville about 25 nm from Luxembourg City. 15. Beginning our descent and turning toward Luxembourg’s Findel airport. 16. Flaps 30 and gear down we are descending through 2,800 feet over the northern suburbs of Luxembourg City. 17. Lined up on short final to runway 6 at Findel airport with flaps full. 18. Touchdown. 19. Off the runway and taxiing to parking, looks like the Dutch Navy is in town. 20. Parked, engines shut down and Passengers disembarked. Thanks for flying Cunard Eagle Airways.
