Building an MCP Panel

I am currently in the planning of an MCP panel for Boeing 737.

I am planning to build the panel with a Leo bodnar board (BBI-32 or BU0836X).

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me where i can find switches, buttons and caps for the panel.
