jethrom
Hello budfay, Assuming your Win10 is the 64bit version. Side-By-Side error usually indicates you don't have an up-to-date set of Microsoft Visual C++ 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, x86 & x64 versions + update SP's. The latest and Up-To-Date Visual C++ from MS all versions individual DL both x86 & x64 install them all by clicking their DL link then "Run" then "agree" to begin each DL. MS link here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads Or Try the All-In-One Visual C++ installer http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/visual_c_runtime_installer.html Make sure to click either mirror to get the DL, then Download to a temp folder, then right click the "Visual C++ v56.exe" installer, select "Run as administrator" windows cmd select "y" for yes where prompted allow installer to extract and autoinstall. It is a process I have used in the past but that time it did not work. Tried a dozen things to fix without success. Finally did a clean install of FSX and then copied my backup on top of that. That worked. Sent from my SM-G950U using Tapatalk Karl I7-4770k, ASUS Z87pro, 8GB RAM, GTX770 [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
