Returning to the fold - if starting over, which FS software would you base your sim?

This is such a great forum! Thanks again for spending some time with your comments, opinions, and suggestions. Time for me to get cracking and start building -- and make mistakes -- and rebuild. That's what a hobby is all about, though, isn't it?
