Looking deeper into the Panel.cfg there is an Odd Entry on mostly all the Panel.cfg under [Windows00] it reads the following.

[Window00]

position=7

size_mm=631,473

child_3d=1

background_color=0,0,0

ident=Main

gauge00=

If you look at the gauge00= there is no designated guage input. Could this be the Problem? I suppose placing the entry would fix the Issue but how would I Know wich guage to designate to this entry??

If you end up downloading Bill Lyons Challenger II I Found a solution to fix the problem resulting in CTD... after a couple of hours messing around with the Panel CFG...I Found out he problem lies within the [VCockpit02] Section in the Panel.cfg

The Gauge Entry within the [VCockpit02] linked to the photo ---> gauge03=qsong1!switch, 0,0,128,128 which I'm guessing is in connection with the qsong1.gua file that lies in the Guage folder in the FS2004 Root Directory.

To prevent accidental clicking that results in CTD Simply remove the gauge03=qsong1!switch, 0,0,128,128 Under [VCockpit02] entry from the panel.cfg

So Simply go into each Panel.cfg file and remove the last Guage Entry will atleast disable the clickable feature within the photo to prevent CTD.

NOTE: You must do this to all the Panel.cfg files under [Panel1] [Panel2] [Panel3] [Panel4] Folders for each of the planes listed ----> [QCC_Classic] [QCC_Clipped] [QCC_Float] [QCC_Ski] [QCC_Today]

[VCockpit02]

size_mm=256,256

pixel_size=1024,1024

texture=$512C

background_color=0,0,0

visible=0

gauge00=qcxml!atc, 0,128,128,128

gauge01=wldgps,128,128,128,128

gauge02=qcxml!navlights,128,0,128,128

gauge03=qsong1!switch, 0,0,128,128
