Fraser McKay Lockheed Electra L188 Panel

Hello,

Can someone tell me how to adjust Fraser McKay's Lockheed Electra L188 Panel for FS9

so when the plane is loaded the engines are turning. CTR+E does not fire them up as the

documentation says and I really just want to fly and not go through a lengthy checklist

to get up in the air.
