ednixon Posted September 4, 2017 Posted September 4, 2017 Can't really determine a suitable category for this - it's not really a 'sim' in the traditional sense, but - sorta. There was a toy cockpit panel that came out in 1948 called U-Fly-It. It was a simple table-top panel 20" wide with a control wheel and a couple of graphic indicator dials that linked to the wheel to show roll and pitch. I think they sold for about $5.00. Made by Plastic Article Co of New York. Does anyone else remember or maybe have one of these? A friend of mine had one - we were about 10 years old. I consider it to be the main stimulus for an interest in flight sims. There is one listed on ebay now (9/4/17).
