How do you get custom scenery to work with Ultimate Traffic 6 for FSX:SE?

I just purchased Ultimate Traffic 6, and after a little bit of adjusting I finally got it show up! However my custom scenery are not working.

 

For instance, I have flytampa's Midway scenery and I love it. However with Ultimate Traffic 6 the terminal is back to the default midway terminal while the runways are the flytampa's. Almost like they are placed ontop of eachother.

 

Anyone have any suggestions?
