peer01
Thanks very much Larry :) Scenery is really fantastic, the only thing is the towers on the little airfields are a "bit" overdone...;) (pic 11) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
mrzippy
Great shots, Jan! I liked the "old bird", scenery, and the aircraft was great, too! ;) Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!
jfwright
Very nice float plane you got there. Enjoyed the flight, pictures, and lightening bolts (you have to be quick on the V-key to catch those). Glad you avoided the storm and landed safely. Jim I am a King Air fan. adamb
At least you have the appropriate plane for your skill level Jan. :D Marvelous set of shots, the scenery and C-47 look outstanding! :) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Allen Craig
No fix for those ridiculous looking floats? Beyond ridiculous is a better description.
peer01
Allen, it's because I use a livery from a landplane, I tried everything to change it. There's also that strange thing that the lower side of the flaps have yellow marks "left" and right" But, perhaps it's a good thing the floats look "different", I'll damage new ones the next landing. I think. Thanks for your great comment btw. Jim: It's the FS-9 "White Lightning" file. Works also in FSX, the lightning holds on "longer" so it's easier to catch. And thanks Zipster, Jim, Adam and Jan for the kind comments.:):) [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

aharon
I did not even know that DC-3s/C-47s could be equipped with floats!! Regards, Aharon
annber
Nice Scenery Jan, that freeware plane looks very good, and I am noticing you are doing a lot of float planes lately. It took a while to sink in (pun intended) that regular planes do not float.:);) ANNBER https://www.facebook.com/Photosim-Labs-133663917277630/
liner simpilot
Very nice looking plane Jan, perfect with floats as well as land. I think it would be fun to fly a real DC-3/C47 on floats. Kenny

aharon
Peer01, Awesome Thanks for providing me VALUABLE education on that. If you had not made those screenshots, I would never know that DC-3/C-47 was capable of using floats! Regards, Aharon
