Its been a while since I used the Carr2004 package (I now solely use FSX) but, If my memory is correct, and if you have installed the package correctly, the carriers will already be there and selectable as an 'airport' in the Go To airport listing. They can be located by using the Airport Name (they all start USS), or by ID (they all have an id of AC## starting at AC01). Another option to find them in the list is to filter the search results using the State/Provence dropdown menu - they are listed as US Navy I also seem to remember that the package contained a comprehensive set of readme files that listed start locations, nav freqs and so on.......
