JSkorna
You installed FS into the Program Files folder. You need to uninstall and reinstall outside of that folder to something like C:\FS2004 http://www.air-source.us/images/sigs/000219_195_jimskorna.png

zswobbie1
maybe only if Windows 10. Sometimes there are issues. Also, turn your UAC settings right down. An uninstall is not required. What you can do, is to copy your complete existing FS2004 folder to C;\ Do not run it yet!. Then rename the new folder to FS91 (for example), & also the FS9.exe to FS91.exe Use Flight1's Registry repair tool to tell the registry where the FS91.exe is. Then copy a shortcut to the new FS91.exe to the desktop. Now you have a duplicate install of FS9, where you can add whatever, including Silver Wings or Golden Wings, if you are inclined.
