LNAV Track heading auto alignment?

Hello,

 

I recently purchased the feelthere E175 and it uses different fms/nav configuration than the default. Since I dont have Navigraph and run off the default nav database, I swapped back to the original nav database configuration. The route shows up fine and I am able to program it easily. However, the e175's .gau file disables the use of the default nav/gps source switch. Does anyone know if there is a addon gauge that automatically align the heading bug with the GPS LNAV track line on the nav display?
