michaeljulian
I have installed FSX from original discs in Windows 10 but having selected a flight the programme refuses to leave the window with the aircraft panel and the direction view keys do not work nor the brake release button. Opening the throttle produces all the right sounds but the aircraft does not move. Any ideas? Seems to me like a graphics problem. How can I check that I have the latest updates for NVIDA and DirectX.?
jorgen.s.andersen
First of all, FSX will work in Windows 10. At least it does for me. To check the nVidia drivers, run the Geforce Experience. To make sure you have everything for DirectX, get the DirectX Redistributables from Microsoft. If you still have problems, post your system specs, and we also need to know what version of FSX you have. Jorgen

michaeljulian
Thanks Jorgen. As soon as I have time I will go through these stages and let you know what happens. The version is FSX De Luxe.
jorgen.s.andersen
Since this is the De Luxe version, do you have SP1 and SP2 installed in FSX? Jorgen
