pschlute
Check in your anti virus programs "quarantine" folder. It may be your AV has taken a dislike to that file. If so, first configure your AV so it does not scan your FS9 installation , then restore the file.
ronzie
When using some "missing file" sites choose to do a direct download as a zip file, not an auto-installer. Usually they provide instructions for manual installation. The auto installers may add adware pop-ups and be rejected by antivirus applications.
