Fsp 787 convert to fs9 but doesnt appear

Hi Guys,

 

im using fs9.

 

i brought fsp 787 fs9 and i follow the tutorial it convert to fs9.

 

end up what i convert doesnt exist.

 

only those the developer have does exist but those i convert doest exits.

 

i told the developer and i send him a file which i convert and he said no problem all good

 

he said check ur ac cig and see if anything inside the file doesnt get right

 

i check but all flightsim no are all correct.

 

so guys what is the issue i have?

 

i have do all same and so far i dont see what i have done wrong but still ai that i convert doesnt exist.
