WOAI Missing Textures

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I've recently added a few WOAI packages but when converting the flight plans to FSX (using AIFP3) it has become apparent that some of the textures required for some of the flights are missing. I though the WOAI packages came complete?

Is it just a case of downloading and installing the missing textures and re running AIFP3 or am I missing something here?

Kind regards,

ChristoffNY

I have never seen an incomplete package from WoAI, not that they are perfect, just pretty thorough.

What packages are you having problems with?

General questions can only get general answers, specific questions, on the other hand...

Are you using DX10 mode?

FS9 planes and textures will not be compatible with DX10 mode.

Hi,

There are a few packages, Air France, Delta and JetBlue to name a couple.

As I say when I try to covert the flight plans in AIFP it shows that some of the aircraft textures/models are missing as they appear in red.

Erm I'm not sure I can't think off the top of my head, I'll have another look tomorrow.

Thanks for the reply,

IIRC, AIFP looks for the existence of all of the planes in the aircraft.txt file, regardless of them being assigned to flightplans or not.

Before worrying about them being missing, verify they are even needed.
