As we are gaining more and more pilots (Currently close to 40) we need one key staff position filled. The chief of training. We need someone who can help train our pilots, specifically with Vatsim. Tushka Posted December 11, 2014 Share Posted December 11, 2014 I'm personally not applying, I have expertise with completely different aircraft types. But in past experience running a VA and I would advise you to specify which aircraft types (or procedure?) you need a teacher for, as it will be easier to catch that particular person if he/she knows that his subject is needed. It makes the experience more realistic for a pilot, a master of the 737 teaches the pilots of the 737, master of the Tu154 teachers Tu154 pilots, etc etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
