CrazyDaveIowa Posted December 22, 2015 Share Posted December 22, 2015 Good day, I see today (12/22/15) there is an update to the Flightsimware Cessna 402C which I have purchased via the Pilot Shop. I went to my account and via the link, went to Flightsimware's site. There is a notice to redownload the product to receive the update. Does this mean I have to repurchase to get the update? I did send a message to Flightsimware and am waiting for a response. I also have 'global notifications' set to receive notifications in my Pilot Shop account, but none appear. Thanks for any help and when I get information I will reply here. Here is my reply to THAT suggestion, same as yours. Thanks Gary! Upon further examination of the purchase under my account I noticed that I had the full 20 downloads remaining; the update date was 12/21/15; AND the expiration date to download has reset to one year from now. (I bought this in Jan of 2015, so this update was JUST under the wire!) Or will any update reset the purchase even if past the year expiration? I have global notifications set, but unsure how that works. I will back through all of my purchases and take a look. Thanks again! Many of these purchases were well over a year or two, so I have updates to download! I wonder why I get no notifications of such updates?
