RiggerPJS
Using FS Panel Studio, I got rid of a gauge that I didn't need on a panel and replaced it with the Cessna 182 atitude gauge. Saved the panel.cfg, then started FS9. The change on the panel didn't show up at all...still the same RPM gauge that I didn't want was displayed. I opened the panel.cfg file and it shows the change I made. I'm stumped...why would FS9 show the old panel?
tgibson_new
Two possibilities I can think of: 1. The panel.cfg file you changed is not the one actually used by the plane. 2. You have permission issues with your OS, and it is not allowing changed files to be used (yes, this does happen - it keeps original file versions in a special folder and uses those).
