About This File

X-Plane 11.50+ Hansa-Brandenburg W.29 2.0.6. The Hansa-Brandenburg W.29 was a German monoplane fighter floatplane which served in the closing months of World War I, from bases on the North Sea coast. This is a simple fun flyer on straight floats or on skis. There isn't much to do but fire it up and fly it. Your fuel cutoff switch is the one on the panel on the right-hand side towards the top, the battery switch is the one on the right near the bottom of the panel, the weapons arm switch is the one on the eft side of the panel opposite of the battery. The starter is the brown pull-handle just beneath the panel on the right side. Click and hold in the middle of the handle until it fires. If it doesn't fire, either your battery is off, or your fuel cutoff is off or both. Thanks for downloading and flying my aircraft, and thanks for helping make the X-Plane community "rock" with all your support, advice, fixes, tweaks, and friendship. It's 100% optional, of course, but if you really love the W.29 or other "A-Pilot Specials" please feel free to leave a little donation (link in the download). Like I said, this is freeware through and through and a donation is completely optional, but it's always appreciated for all the time and sweat put into bringing these little flyers to a screen near you. Special thanks to Dan Hopgood for the FMOD sounds, airfoils, and CG tweaking for the right authentic feel. By Jennifer Kimball (A-Pilot).
