X-Plane 11.50+ Douglas R4D-8 1.3.0. This is an upgraded file from a V9.7 original. Note: This is not a C-47 or a standard R4D, This is a DC3S or R4D-8/C-117! It resembles and is derived from a C-47/DC3, but is an entirely different aircraft. They are sometimes called Super DC3s or Skytroopers, even Super Gooneybirds. They are longer, have shorter wings with more sweep. The main landing gear is fully enclosed and the tailwheel is partially retracted. They have more powerful engines and are somewhat faster than C-47s. Please read the 'README!' file in the package for more complete information. By Ron Norvelle.
