About This File

X-Plane 9.70+ Spitfire PR Mk XIX. This is a representation of the Spitfire PR MK XIX, the last operational type of Spitfire to be used by the RAF. This model is a modification of USAFR's Spitfire MK XIX (the one with contra rotating props and clipped wings). It has a griffon engine and the big 5-bladed prop, along with normal, yet unarmed wings. The plane comes with 8 liveries: Christophe Jacquard's F-AZJS, PM631 in SEAC reco paint scheme, a figuration of the prototype markings, PS887 in the standard PRU blue reco paint scheme, PS915 "the last!" painted in the colors of the last operating spitfire of the RAF, 11-60 of Swedish AF, 133 of the Turkish AF, and a basic grey paint with photoshop files so as to create your own liveries. The author would like to thank USAFR and Jacques Brault for allowing him to publish this tiny update and modification of their excellent work. By Thibaud Duhamel.
