About This File

FS2004 Trans-Provincial Airlines Bristol 170, c/n 13218. Delivered new to the Royal New Zealand Air Force in March 1955 as NZ5912. On loan to Straits Air Freight Express (SAFE) from December 1957 as ZK-BVI. Returned in March 1958. To Dwen Airmotive NZ Ltd as ZK-EPH in August 1978. To Instone Airlines in March 1981 as G-BISU. Retired to the Imperial War Museum at Duxford in November 1987 but subsequently sold to Trans-Provincial Airlines, Canada in December 1988 as C-FDFC. Purchased by a group of British Airways employees and flown to England in September 1994. Stalled and crashed on 18 July 1996 at Enstone and was written off. Prior installation of the Bristol 170 Freighter by Mike Stone (SB170.ZIP) is required. Repaint by Andre Reimers.
