About This File

FSX Twin Turboprop Glass Cockpit v2.0. This is version 2.0 of the Beechcraft King Air glass cockpit panel, modified to include other twin turboprop FSX planes (the included King Air family and the Piaggio Avanti, as well as the Antonov AN-28, Basler BT-67, DeHavilland Twin Otter, Embraer 110, Mitsubishi MU-2 and more). So, it's now called the Twin Turboprop Glass Cockpit. It includes a radio panel, PFD, EICAS, autopilot and AoA gauges, and will work in any FSX twin turboprop. This base package includes the AFG Beechcraft King Air 300 and Mario Noriega's Piaggio P-180 Avanti. It can be easily adapted to other planes, but "expansion packs" will be issued periodically customized for other planes. See the documention folder for more information. By Dr. Warren Lieuallen

I have received two reports that the PFD gauge does not show up. Obviously, it works for me! I run FSX Acceleration under Win 7 64-bit. I've looked into this, and don't see any obvious differences between the PFD and EICAS gauges, so I don't know why one would work and the other not. I'll continue to investigate. But at present, there is the possibility that these gauges will only work with Acceleration....

I can now confirm that the PFD gauge only works in Acceleration. If you don't have Acceleration, you should be able to substitute (in the panel.cfg file) the default PFD from the LearJet 45, and you'll be pretty close to having the whole package (you'll lose NAV2 ability, and the PFD trend lines).
