FSX Boeing 747-400 V3 Bug Fix. This patch is to fix a couple of glaring bugs in the B747-400 V3 panel. This is not a complete package - it is an addon to the Boeing 747-400 V3 panel (B747-400V3.ZIP). The bugs fixed are individual engine start does not work due to fuel starvation (Ctrl-E works); transponder code displayed wrong. By G. Munro.
