About This File

FSX Boeing 737-800 2D Panel. This is a 2D panel for the B737-800 (and similar models) specifically designed for 1920x1080 screens. It has extensive features including a new PFD with V speeds, MFD with terrain and TAWS maps, full function EICAS, a superb overhead panel with most functions working, and a new throttle quadrant with new method of control. There is a simple popup ground handling panel which supports four doors, jetways, pushback, and fuel truck. It works well with the default 737-800 and also the Project Open Sky model. Features including V speeds are based on the Boeing Operations Manual. Although this is a fairly complex panel, it is easy to use as the more complex features are optional. By G. Munro.

Nice panel good work, 1 small problem!

The right center fuel pump switch will not switch on or off, left pump works fine and so do the other pump switches. with this pump switch inoperable left hydrolic pump remains at a low pressure warning.

Hopefully this is not just a problem i have and no one else.

I am using the default FSX 737-800

Have tried to reproduce the problem with the right center fuel pump switch but have been unable to do so. The right switch works in the same way as the left so it is inexplicable why one would work and not the other. It is conceivable that somehow an invalid fuel tank configuration for the right engine was created but not clear how. If you want to send me your aircraft.cfg I can try to find any problem in it.

 

The panel is not designed to scale to low resolution - it is specific to 1920X1080 monitors.

Thanks for the file. Actually I had thought in terms of email.

But never mind, the problem is an omission in the installation instructions. In the aircraft.cfg under the [Fuel] section the number_of_tank_selectors needs to be 2 - the default aircraft has 1. This applies to any aircraft model used with this panel.

 

Sorry for the omission.
