mallcott
I've just gone through a troubling troubleshoot with a fresh install of P3D using the newest 378.78 Nvidia drivers. The system was upgraded from 378.77 and as the number suggests it's a minor update on the driver branch but it's done something strange to two different P3D setups - on one it's introduced a huge stuttering issue on something that was previously butter smooth, while on another (my own, as it happens) it actually prevented P3D from loading - the app would launch but hang at 28% resource use (according to Task Manager). YMMV, but if you do have issues with 378.78 you can roll back to the previous version and everything is good again.
mallcott
I should also add that on my own rig the ONLY thing installed was the actual driver - I don't use any of that Nvidia crap.
Rimshot
It is different from system to system I guess. No troubles here, runs smooth as silk with the new drivers.
