Bigsplash
Haven't been playing FSX for a while. Saw a YouTube video about FlyTampa Toronto's new airport and knew I just had to have it! So I reinstalled FSX, ORBX Base PACK, EZdok, A2A 172 trainer. But nothing looks like it does in the beautiful YouTube videos, and I am getting a disappointing 15 fps. Now I remember why I stopped playing. I am able to update my motherboard with an Core i7-3770, anything higher and I will need a new motherbord plus a new copy of windows. https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8Z68V/HelpDesk_CPU/ Here is my setup, any help would be so very much appreciated: Motherbord Asus P8Z68-V Processor Intel i5-2500 3.3GHz Video Card Vapor- X HD 7970GHZ Edition 3G GDDR5 PCI-E Memory Ripjaw F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL Window 7 64 FSX Gold Edition Acceleration Pack ORBX Global Base A2A Cessna 172 FlyTampa Toronto Framerate
mrzippy
Don't try to emulate YouTube videos. These are edited and glorified with video software to make them look as good as they do. Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!

CRJ_simpilot
FS is a very CPU orientated game. You need a faster CPU looks like. OOM errors? Read this. What the squawk? An awesome weather website with oodles of Info. and options. Wile E. Coyote would be impressed.
