il88pp
Ireland to Germany (just about). In various planes. --- Driving to the airport. (Galway) --- Arrived safely. --- Departing in Airwave Dash8 (installed a VC) --- Tried painting it black, but VC I added needs a lot more work!! --- Arrived safely at Isle of Man. --- Departing again, this time in Embraer E190 KLM Cityhopper. --- Crossing the channel at Dusk. --- Landed at nearest German airport, EDWR (Borkum). Just because I never landed there before and wanted to test the runway. Managed to stop on the runway! --- Map-jumped to EHLW, hopped into a F16, and joined the AI stationed there. - Wanted to do a short hop in the F16 but noticed signs of fatigue. That will have to be for another day. Happy flights, il. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

il88pp
Thanks guys.:) I most like the car driving over the bridge. Driving for 30 miles was probably the most tiring part of the trip. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

il88pp
Hi Adam, I think the filename is bmw760li.zip Perhaps a dash or space in the filename, not sure. It's from our library, and also in the avsim library. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Men In Black
Nice! You must be an upper class fellow or somethin' since you were allowed to drive all the way to the tarmac. ;)
il88pp
Thanks, but no upper class me. The Irish are an extremely welcoming and relaxed folk. Every door has a sign: 'caed mile failte' (a hundred thousand welcomes) and swings open wide. Especially if the car has a violin in the back.:) They then don't let you leave until you at least had some stew, atlantic salmon, some coffee or tea, and a awesome drop of whiskey to go with it. Wonderful country full of wonderful kind people. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
