Flight Plans

I know this is pretty basic, but I have a disk with a bundle of training flight plans on it, however they are in files. For example: kona.FLT, Kona.FSSAVE, and Kona.WX. How do I make a flight plan from them? If you don't want to give a long answer just point me to a place I can learn how to do this. Thanks.

The files are saved flights. Place them in Documents\Flight Simulator X Files and in your FSX Free Flight window, select Load and select this flight of yours.

Brian, as our learned friend from VT-land points out, these are SAVED flights, not AI flight plans.
