Nice job flying that thing, Adam, not the easiest, for sure! I don't know why, but it really fascinates me. However, I have never mastered the turbo-prop thing, something about the lag times in the controls and the small engine dials that makes them particularly difficult for me. Anyway, nice post, great looking aircraft, and definitely different!

Awesome pics of the 228, Adam! I got this aircraft as soon as it was released...something I rarely do. But, I rolled the dice and have been enjoying how this aircraft flies. By the way, did you do the paint job on this one? I have been waiting on someone to do some repaints but haven't seen any yet.

Very cool Adam. The 228 isn't the prettiest plane in the sky but your shots and scenery make it look great. I saw this aircraft when I downloaded their King Air 350i last week and was tempted but desided to hold off until I get their King Air to my liking (still working on some 2D panels). Jim
I am a King Air fan. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Hey Adam these are some wonderful shots! Love those inside-the-aircraft pictures, and every other shot as well ofcourse. ;) Thanks for sharing these pics with us.

Klee, Joe, Bernardo, Jim, Larry and Andrew, thank you much. :)

Joe, I have a hard time painting my house. :D They have some repaints at OZx, but no US stuff as of yet.

Bernardo and Jim there are a few bugs I guess, but she flies and handles great in my opinion.

Larry I think the passengers had second thoughts when they saw who the pilot was. :D

The landing attempt with this aircraft at Lukla was a disaster! I landed at stall speed but just beyond the threshold. The airplane didn't slow down at all on rollout. Blew the left main tire and struck the tail. I even got demoted...haha! The cost to repair the 228? Over 5 mil. Maybe I should have had a few beers before attempting the landing?
