westway
I downloaded some aircraft that have Flights associated with them. Instructions said to put them into the main Flights folder in FSX, okay I did that. But can someone tell me how to go about using them, where do I go in FSX to use them? stinger2k2
If all has been done correctly regarding the installation then you should see your new aircraft avaliable to choose in the list when you are in the free flight menu. If it is not there then re-check the instructions. Good luck Stinger Sent from my SM-A300FU using Tapatalk

stinger2k2
Try going to the free flight menu then "load" down at the bottom. Sent from my SM-A300FU using Tapatalk
il88pp
Yes, you can start them from the 'load' button. There is also a short-cut way. In to the 'flights folder' and double-click the flight file. Fsx will then start up automatically and immediately load that flight. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
westway
Unfortunately none of these suggestions worked. Any other ideas?
il88pp
Are they .flt files? What folder did you put them in? What .zip did you download? What do you mean, "doesn't work". What files are you starting, what happens when you do? Don't keep us guessing. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
stinger2k2
What file extension do the files have that you put into the flights folder? Sent from my SM-A300FU using Tapatalk
il88pp
3 files per flight. All three same filename, but different extension. .flt -the flight. .wx -the weather of the flight. one more, I forget. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

Like everyone has been saying.....What download are you using, where from, filename or link? Let's stop the 20 questions routine if you really want the help! il88pp
No, .FSSAVE is the third one. In C:\Users\{YOUR USERNAME}\Documents\Flight Simulator X Files The .FSSAVE file is peraps not needed. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
