Rupert this is one of ORBX airfields in the PNG Area they trully do good work. In FS9 i use Georender wich i must say is prob the closest to ORBX scenery back in the old days along with some freeware scenery ive stumbled upon. Sadly even though I have a i7 running at 4.7Ghz with 32 gig of 2600 ram, I still have some issues flying with all the scenery ORBX supplies. If it werent for the forums I've stumbled upon, Cfg tweaks I've added and some fine tunning i would have never had the pleasure to run FSX the way it does on my old Rig. I'm running an old Core 2 Quad Q9650 @ 3.00Ghz 8gb ram DDR2 and a 4GB GTX970. Have FSX running on an old seperate Drive The old Raptor 10,000 rpms. Garciamk4 Posted June 23, 2016 Author Share Posted June 23, 2016 My FS9 also has its own drive :-D pretty much tons of scenery on the sim and ofcourse runs like a dream:-) Keeping both sims clean as a wistle. Took me quite some time to get it where it is now but well worth the effort. Both sims fully backed up in a seperate 4TB external drive.
