lowcost VA Help

So I have been part of many types of VA from Long haul to Part 135 over the years I have gained the experience and knowledge of an airline and what people like to see..

I have an idea of a low cost carrier VA but I am struggling for ideas,,, the airline will have a training center to earn vatsim rating and ivao ratings as well as having check rides and also entrance flights with training fleet in the airline livery..

I know there is 1 Jet2 starting up and that's where I would of liked to start but if people have ideas hit me

Build it around what YOU want to fly and where.

Start with a B1900D (Carenado) and/or the Dash 8 (Majestic) and pick your favorite big major airport and start several flights out and back to smaller regional ones in the area, that are popular. If you need help as far as traffic you can look at skyvector, and scroll down the page for each airport you've selected and it will show you how much commercial traffic occurs annually. You can get an idea from that.
