Well the beauty of Nvidia drivers is they can rolled back in a minute, so you could try them and revert if they don't perform better. There is no way to give you an answer - all computers are individual devices and what works on one may not necessarily work on another. There are no specific benefits or coding enhancements for P3D, or any other flight sim for that matter. I installed them over 365.10 and saw no further benefit, but equally no problems either.
