eskildalenius
When I tried to download a file today, I got a message I never saw before: "Your browser or download accelerator is not presenting the login cookie. These are the current FlightSim.Com cookies that your browser has: fsc_lastvisit: 1460283404 fsc_lastactivity: 0 fsc_sessionhash: 7f0edb8b56fbffdaa6197432f1d1fd26 For further information on how to fix this problem, please follow the links below: Login/Cookies Help Download/GetRight Help Download/DAP Help" I am using Firefox (currently v.45.0.2), and it is set to accept all cookies. What is wrong? Cheers, eskil
mrzippy
Downloads are fine! I also use FireFox. Try logging out and then back in to see if that will fix your problem. Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!
eskildalenius
No better after logging out and in!
longbreak754
Apologies if barking up the wrong tree here WRT to you logging in/out - if all you did was log out of the website and then back in there is a good chance that you simply reloaded the same page from the memory cache which obviously will retain the settings and fail Try closing and restarting the browser and if that fails try a reboot of the computer..... eskildalenius
I'm afraid re-booting etc doesn't change anything, either. As an aside, I tested and I am able to start a download using the old Internet Explorer, which I keep as a backup. So logic would have it that Firefox has acted up at the latest update. eskildalenius
I found the cause - an add-on to Firefox caused it. The silly thing is that this add-on is called "Accept all cookies", which to me implies that it would permit just what Flightsim.com wants... Anyway, with the add-on off, everything is back in working order. Thanks to those who made suggestions! Cheers, eskil
rick
Logging in/out is usually all that is needed.
