sirwalter2sr
It's been years since I've been here. How do you raise the pilots seat? Thanks, Walt
ViperPilot2
Walt, To adjust the Eyepoint up or down ('Pilot's Seat'), the Default Keystrokes are: Up - Shift+Enter Down - Shift+Backspace Hope this helps! mrzippy
In the 2D cockpit you effectively raise and lower the eyepoint out the window. Ctrl+Q to go one way. Be sure to hold down the keys for several seconds for the view to change. Ctrl+Shift+Q for the other direction. Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer! I can't find your commands in the "default" commands for eyepoint. I did find Alan's for Seat Lower/Raise and Eyepoint Move Down/Move Up. PhantomTweak
There's usually a little switch, over on the right side. Press it forward to go up, aft to go down... :D :D Pat☺ [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Had a thought...then there was the smell of something burning, and sparks, and then a big fire, and then the lights went out! I guess I better not do that again! Sgt, USMC, 10 years proud service, Inactive reserve now :D

HoratioWondersocks
Hi Download and install the Power Seat Gauge (pwrseat1.zip) in your aircraft from Avsim Library/gauges Willy Walt This is good advice. Power seat gauge is one of Glen Copeland's many extremely useful gauges for Fs9. Iam not sure if you are aufait with the installation of third party gauges ,but it really is quite simple (and rather rewarding) . If I can do it anyone can. PS the panel I use with my A380s has a variation of this gauge already installed, so nothing for you to do but to enjoy it. If you are interested I can let you know the author of the panel (can't remember of hand at the moment) Power seat gauge much better to use than fiddling with the keyboard.
