ColR1948
I downloaded the Warton Airfield from the library and tried it out but the test aircraft was sunk in the ground a good few feet, it isn't the aircraft as I've used it on other airports and its fine. What causes this, is it something to do with the flatten not marrying up to the AFCAD, I also have another airfield (Sleap) and that is the opposite, the aircraft are floating about a foot above the ground. tgibson_new
Hi, Try placing a copy of the AFCAD or ADE file into the FS/Scenery/World/scenery folder. Often fixes this. Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.com
hjwalter
I (test-)downloaded the airfield and installed it in my FS9 but apart from it being a very basic scenery I saw no technical problems with it at all, not with any of the parked AI aircraft nor with my test flyable one. The default airfield, my new addon one and the aprons/runways/airport ID data, specified in the Afcad file were all at the same elevation. I would like to suggest that you check all three of your own elevations which should all be the same. A separate flatten should not be necessary unless you have active mesh scenery for the same area. Good luck Hans
tgibson_new
Keep in mind that the amount of time for an instant replay is limited by the amount of memory available to FS. If this is a very complex airport with lots of AI aircraft then you might only get a small amount.
