Save citation 10 eaglesoft flight

I am not sure if this is the correct forum to ask ref the above question. I try to save a flight at different stages of flight ie ready for take off , flight in the cruise etc so I can reload them and fly what ever stage I want to fly again. When I save and then reload it always goes back to the default engines running but having to re align the IRS's and re programme the FMS and re set everything ? I update using the pre flight utility and save through FSX but I cannot save a flight and re load it?? If this is not the correct forum could you pass this message on or re- direct me please.

There are certain items, in the GPS, FMC, etc that the info must be reset because it's not saved when you hit the semicolon key to save the flight.
