wolf2 Posted April 1, 2015 Author Share Posted April 1, 2015 thanks adam, klee and steve! klee, not only do i agree with u, but except for the resolution chicago in default fs10 looks far worse than in either 8 or 9 (and i'm not talking about the elimination of meigs). in 8 and 9 they made an effort to make it really look like the chicago coast line with its parks and beaches. in fs10 they merely rubber-stamped these generic urban textures onto a rough equivalent of the coast. it looks disgracefully bad compared to earlier versions - kind of like that total abortion that fs10 calls the grand canyon. so the shot u see here, to whatever degree it looks better, is due only to aerosoft's (limesim's) chicago x, in addition to dino's terrific plane of course.
