FSX to Prepar3dv2 migration question

Ok, I've researched this question all across google and everywhere else I could possibly find, and have yet to find a definitive answer on the matter. The question is this: I currently have a LOT of addons installed into FSX on a brand new rig. FSX runs stable and smooth...however, I'm wanting to give P3D a shot. So if I install it, and use the migration tool offered here: http://www.flightsim.ee/products/migration-tool#download, how many of the addons (which will be listed below) will I have to reinstall directly into P3D? I'm trying to avoid having to install duplicate addons for both sims since I'm going to install P3D onto the same SSD as FSX. Will the migration tool simply point P3D to utilize these already installed addons? Here's the list of addons:

There's a few extra things such as Steve's DX10 fixer, FS water configurator, etc. that don't really affect the FSX directory. If anyone knows the answer to this, please help! Thanks.

Rule of thumb is simple: If there isn't an identified installer for the sim of choice, you're on your own.

If you use the Migration Tool, you're on your own. There are documented cases of the tool causing all sorts of issues, and addons that screw the P3D installation after being forced into a sim that doesn't fit it's intended destination. And then you're really on your own.

Scanning your 54 points (really? You can't do your own research but you want us to do it for you?) There are at least ten products that will mess up your P3D installation if you even try. But there are many more that now have dedicated P3d installers, some for free, others at a cost. A few at high cost (so the FSX installers really don't work).

Leave the crap behind and start fresh with P3D. No-one says you can't continue to fly your FSX at the same time. Well, not at the same time.

Short and simple.....No. FSX & P3D are totally separate programs.

I suggest you only install those addons you want to use to compare the two sims. If you decide to keep P3D, then add them slowly, over time. Many addons will install without a migration tool.

I suppose the next question to ask would be, what then is the point of the migration tool? They keep it updated, currently up to 2.5 to keep on par with the latest version of P3D. It seems to me to be totally useless if you just have to install all your addons all over again for P3D...

Most addon developers have upgraded their products with new installers to install into P3D and P3Dv2x. (Up to v2.4). P3Dv2.5 has a different folder structure, and is therefore a bit more problematic.

As I understand it, migration tools are automatic registry modifiers that point FSX installers to the P3D folders.

I have FSX-SE & P3dv2.4 installed and did not splash out on a migration tool.
